Andrea is responsible for the daily operations at Spring Mill Senior Living.  She ensures the community maintains high resident and family satisfaction, and ensures a quality, customer-oriented staff.  In addition, she manages the community based on Discovery Senior Living’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.  Andrea ensures Spring Mill complies with all state and federal regulations.  Andrea is also responsible for executing Spring Mill’s operations and capital expense budgets.

Sherry Smith - Director of Health Wellness

Sherry is responsible for the overall management of our nursing department and coordination with other departments to provide quality care to all residents.  Sherry is a Licensed Practical Nurse and ensures that nursing interventions meet the personal, physical and cognitive needs of each resident.  Sherry is also responsible for regulatory compliance.

Megan Spencer, Memory Care Director

Megan is responsible for overseeing our memory care neighborhood by coordinating services for our residents. She assists with move-ins by orienting new residents to Spring Mill’s services and amenities. Megan also maintains positive resident relations by responding to resident and family inquiries.  

Megan also plans and implements recreational activities for residents living in our Memory Care neighborhood.

Jillian Nabozny - Director of Celebrations

Jillian is responsible for planning and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for the residents of Spring Mill to enhance their quality of life.  She holds a monthly meeting so that she can obtain ideas and input from the residents about activities they would like to do.  Jillian also oversees the transportation department.

Charlie manages the daily operations of the dining department at Spring Mill. Charlie focuses on delivering a superior dining experience to our residents, financial management of the dining department, cost controls, customer service, and provides leadership to the dining team to exceed resident expectations.

On a monthly basis, Charlie holds a meeting with Spring Mill’s residents to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Gwen MacDonnell - Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Gwen performs all administrative duties and provides support for the Sales & Marketing Department within the community.  She ensures first and lasting impressions are positive for prospects and families as well as managing the move in process for new residents. Gwen also provides families with all move-in paperwork and ensures that it is completed and returned within the specific time frame prior to move-in.
