David Denenberg

Executive Director

David Denenberg is an experienced leader and senior living community administrator whose career includes successful tenures across multiple living and care disciplines.

Introduced to the senior living industry while working as a volunteer in West Hartford, CT for a local community and chapter of Education and Awareness for the Blind, David started out as an Activity & Volunteer Coordinator for a senior living community in Florham Park, NJ. He went on to earn distinctions including Licensed Memory Care Director, Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator, and Certified Assisted Living Administrator before ascending to executive leadership roles at communities in both New Jersey and our native Pennsylvania.

David is a quintessential family man whose eternal love for his own grandparents fuels his passion for ensuring exceptional living and care experiences for residents to this very day. A native of the Philadelphia area, David feels at home in our community and local area, and outside of working hours, he can often be found in the company of his wife and their three children, who much like David, are also highly active and involved in the daily happenings here at Spring Mill.

Janine Dambrosio

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Janine brings to our community more than 10 years of experience serving seniors and families across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region. Before joining Spring Mill, Janine worked for the Vanguard Group, where she specialized in Human Resources Administration for 27 years.

Driven by a passion for seniors, Janine followed her calling to the senior living space in 2011, and has since specialized in sales and marketing functions for high-profile senior living providers at both the community and regional levels.

Outside of work, she enjoys leisure time at home with her husband, Carl, and their family of three pets. The couple also has a son, Michael, who lives in Chicago. Janine enjoys live music, travel, kayaking and spending weekends at the shore, and heading out for motorcycle rides on their Harley.

Tiara Waterman

Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Tiara performs all administrative duties and supports the Sales and Marketing Department. She ensures first and lasting impressions are positive for prospects and families. Tiara manages the new residents’ move-in process, helping them and their families make a successful transition.

Tiara is the mother of two amazing girls, Aniya and Aubree. In addition to spending time with her daughters, she enjoys trying new restaurants with family and friends. Her hobbies consist of singing, dancing, and traveling to new places.

Shandell Sharper

Director of Memory Care

Shandell oversees and coordinates all services for our memory care neighborhood. Along with implementing the SHINE ® Memory Care program, one of the nation’s leading memory care curricula, she assists with tours, facilitates recreational activities, and leads her compassionate staff. Shandell believes open communication with families, residents, and the team is crucial to the community and resident success.

When Shandell isn’t working, she enjoys hiking with family and friends, boating, and visiting different vineyards.

Michael manages the daily operations of the dining department at Spring Mill. Michael focuses on delivering a superior dining experience to our residents, financial management of the dining department, cost controls, customer service, and provides leadership to the dining team to exceed resident expectations.

Jillian Nabozny - Director of Celebrations

Jillian Nabozny

Director of Celebrations

Jillian is responsible for planning and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for the residents of Spring Mill to enhance their quality of life.  She holds a monthly meeting so that she can obtain ideas and input from the residents about activities they would like to do.  Jillian also oversees the transportation department.

Debbie Hassler

Business Office Director

Debbie is responsible for account billables and receivables. She also oversees all aspects of Human Resources.

Debbie has worked in Senior Living for 10+ years and enjoys working with the Seniors. Debbie previously worked in sales & marketing at a promotional products company and has managed a family-run Dental Laboratory. She has been local to the community living in Phoenixville for the past seven years. She loves to be outside and wants to share the great outdoors with others by traveling, hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, and visiting gardens whenever possible. Debbie has one son Wyatt and a wire hair terrier mix, Oreo, who likes to go to Senior Living Communities and brighten everyone’s day. She gives back to the community by donating to local food banks and getting the word out to others about food insecurity in our area.

Fidel Hawker

Director of Plant Operations

Fidel is responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions. He coordinates Spring Mill team members in facilities, housekeeping, and outside contractors to complete repairs to the building and equipment. He ensures that the community and grounds are orderly and in good repair. Fidel monitors a preventative maintenance program that promotes a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff. He also manages the capital expenditure program.

Fidel enjoys spending time with his college-age twins and loves to travel, making frequent trips to New York City to visit his family.
