Monica Paulino

Executive Director

As the Executive Director, Monica helps to guide the community and acts as a liaison with regulatory bodies. Monica began her career as a part time activity assistant and has enjoyed working in each department over the years. In addition to this, Monica has pursued advanced training in dementia care and nutrition services. She has a special passion for good food and good music, and enjoys participating in community events.

Kristi

Kristi Mackewicz

Business Office & HR Manager

Kristi Mackewicz is the Business Office and HR Manager. Kristi has thus far enjoyed a 28 year career in Senior Living. Kristi began her career in Skilled Nursing and has been in Personal Care since 2007, working in Human Resources as well as all aspects of the Business Office. Kristi is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College and a Pottstown Native. Kristi is a super proud mother of 2 sons who she enjoys spending time with and loves gardening and reading in her free time.

Ty'nesha

Ty’nesha Scott

Assistant Director of Health & Wellness

Ty’s role embodies both a hands-on approach, as well as providing leadership and proper coordination of the health and well-being of the Spring Mill residents. She works closely with the Director of Health & Wellness to develop and implement the care managers and nurses’ schedules. Ty handles any emergencies that may arise within the staffing schedule and is responsible for finding and interviewing the appropriate staff to join our team. Ty’nesha also communicates and connects residents and their families to the ancillary support services and primary care practitioners required to offer the best care possible for our residents.

Jillian

Jillian Nabozny

Director of Celebrations

Jillian is responsible for planning and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for the residents of Spring Mill to enhance their quality of life. She applies the Seven Dimensions of Wellness to the residents’ activity program to ensure a well-rounded calendar. Jillian also oversees the transportation department, scheduling both doctors’ appointments and outings for the residents. When she’s not at work, Jillian enjoys baking, outdoor activities like snowboarding, paddle boarding, and kayaking, and spending time with her pup, Mazie.

Michael Mulhollan

 Culinary Director

Michael manages the daily operations of the dining department at Spring Mill.  Michael focuses on delivering a superior dining experience to our residents. Behind the scenes, he also manages the financials of the dining department, cost controls, customer service, and provides leadership to the dining team to exceed resident expectations. On a monthly basis, Michael holds a meeting with Spring Mill’s residents to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Michael likes spending time at the beach and riding 4 wheelers in the mountains with his wife and 6 kids.

Janine Dambrosio

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Janine brings to our community more than 10 years of experience serving seniors and families across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region. Before joining Spring Mill, Janine worked for the Vanguard Group, where she specialized in Human Resources Administration for 27 years.

Driven by a passion for seniors, Janine followed her calling to the senior living space in 2011, and has since specialized in sales and marketing functions for high-profile senior living providers at both the community and regional levels.

Outside of work, she enjoys leisure time at home with her husband, Carl, and their family of three pets. The couple also has a son, Michael, who lives in Chicago. Janine enjoys live music, travel, kayaking and spending weekends at the shore, and heading out for motorcycle rides on their Harley.

Tiara

Tiara Waterman

Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Tiara performs all administrative duties and supports the Sales and Marketing Department. She ensures first and lasting impressions are positive for prospects and families. Tiara manages the new residents’ move-in process, helping them and their families make a successful transition.

Tiara is the mother of two amazing little girls. In addition to spending time with her daughters, she enjoys trying new restaurants with family and friends. Her hobbies consist of singing, dancing, and traveling to new places.

Dakota

Dakota Trent

Director of Memory Care

Dakota is the Director of Memory Care services at Spring Mill. Dakota received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Morgan State University and a Master’s in Long Term Care Administration. She is a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator and has a special interest in providing services for people living with dementia. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.

Kim

Kim Torres

Concierge

Kim is the warm, smiling face that greets, assists and directs residents, families and visitors. She also supports Spring Mill’s management team with administrative duties. Kim answers the phone and ensures calls get directed to the proper department, keeps track of residents, newspapers subscriptions, makes hairdresser appointments and also reserves the private dining room for residents. When Kim is not at work she is spending time with her amazing kids and family.
