1. What is "senior living" and how is it different from other living options?
"Senior living" is a new philosophy about retirement community living. At Spring Mill, we recognize that not all seniors require medical or personal assistance in their daily lives. These individuals may seek the security of a community where they can meet and engage with their peers in common interests and activities, live without the worries of some of the daily tasks like maintenance and transportation, but still maintain their independence. Many "personal care" facilities may only offer programs targeted towards seniors that require certain levels of medical care and/or daily assistance. At Spring Mill Senior Living, you can live as independently as you want, for as long as you want, with the security of knowing that help is easily available, but only if you need it. And services can be modified as your needs change, without changing your surroundings, or friends. (return to top)

2. What sets Spring Mill apart from other similar communities?
Our range of services is the most comprehensive selection of options available under one roof. By offering these types of options in one facility, we can help reduce the stress, confusion, and/or anxiety of moving from place to place as your level of care may increase. (return to top)

3. Who owns Spring Mill Senior Living?

5. What is involved in the admissions process?
Our marketing director and resident services director will guide you throughout the process. We will communicate with your physician to obtain necessary medical paperwork. After reviewing this information, we will proceed with a nursing assessment, which is a very simple process. Then, we will review a complete contract, with our full disclosure statements, with you and/or your family. Throughout the process, we will work in partnership with you and/or your family and welcome all of your questions. (return to top)
