Enjoy all the amenities of living at Spring Mill Senior Living:

  • Activities, entertainment and special events both on and off campus
  • Wireless internet access, teleconferencing
  • A variety of studio and one-and two-bedroom units, some with balconies
  • Emergency response system monitored by staff on a 24/7 basis. This enables a resident and staff member to quickly assess any emergency without the need of reaching for a “pull cord”
  • Individual controlled heating and air conditioning in each apartment for personal comfort
  • Handicapped accessible bathrooms with raised toilets, and easy- access showers, grab bars and hand- held showers

In addition, residents receive the specialized care of proficiently skilled nursing staff: a blend of licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses (RNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on duty twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Access to Skilled Nursing Care

Spring Mill Senior Living offers a short-term skilled nursing and rehab unit within the community. This is a major benefit that eliminates the need for a resident to move out of the community if skilled nursing care is required, a time when moving can be difficult.  The resident will remain in familiar surroundings, just steps from their apartment.  Once they recuperate, they can transition back to their residence with ease. Post-acute rehabilitation services are provided on-site by Genesis HealthCare.

Another service provided by Spring Mill Senior Living is care for those with memory impairement. For more information on those services click here.
