Service plans are based on a reasonable monthly fee that starts with a “hospitality services only” package designed for independent seniors, above which residents can purchase services on an a la carte basis. These basic hospitality services include dining service, activities, shuttle bus service and housekeeping. This basic package is designed for residents who need minimal assistance, but who desire the security of 24-hour staffing and supervision at the facility as well as the opportunity for socialization and dining services.
More intensive hands-on care is available at Spring Mill on an a la carte basis and coordinated through a health care suite or “service desk” staffed by licensed nurses. These professionals develop a customized service plan for each resident, who are charged based on the extent of the services included in the plan. These services include individualized assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene, as well as assistance in taking medications.

A licensed nurse is available in the assisted living residence 24 hours a day, in contrast to many assisted living communities which do not offer this valuable security feature, providing the highest level of peace of mind for residents and family members.
A specialized program for individuals with memory impairments is incorporated into a dedicated area in the community for those needing these types of services. Spring Mill Senior Living is the first community in the area to offer short-term rehabilitation services in combination with assisted living services so that residents do not have to leave the community and their friends if they eventually require short-term rehabilitation.

The community offers the most residential setting in the area for those who want the security of knowing that services are available when they need them. Spring Mill Senior Living provides shuttle bus service throughout the week so that residents can attend a variety of events and activities in addition to doing their grocery shopping, banking, etc. We will also offer (at an additional cost) a town car service with a driver for personal transportation needs like a doctor’s visit. This helps simplify the lives not only of our residents but also their family’s, who might otherwise need to dedicate time from their busy lives to do this.

Access to Skilled Nursing Care
Spring Mill Senior Living offers a short-term skilled nursing and rehab unit within the community. This is a major benefit that eliminates the need for a resident to move out of the community if skilled nursing care is required, a time when moving can be difficult.  The resident will remain in familiar surroundings, just steps from their apartment.  Once they recuperate, they can transition back to their residence with ease. Post-acute rehabilitation services is provided on-site by Genesis HealthCare.
